Kristina’s work as a therapist is centered around the idea that individuals are inherently resilient and that within them they possess the knowledge and skills to support their own well-being. She offers a non-judgmental and compassionate environment to explore and process life’s challenges, while also identifying how personal strengths and wisdom can bring about positive change.
Kristina has many years of experience providing support for individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships and emotional regulation.
With an integrated approach to therapy, Kristina draws on a number of therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy.
